The Avondale is an Exclusive, Urban, Sleek, Modern, 2-Story Venue in Birmingham’s Trendiest,
Fastest Growing Neighborhood of Avondale.

Space is available for a mature audience (Ages 30 and & Up) to rent for your next corporate meeting, workshop, reception, art show or mature gathering. Our Gathering Spaces can accommodate a group as small 20 and as large as 200.
Although you can call us any day of the week, we are only open for rental
Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
If a basic, drab, four wall space with no personality is what you are looking for, you have come to the wrong place.

*Please note that The Avondale Gallery & Loft is a Private Exclusive Venue. You must be 30 or older to book and no event can be held here for guests under the age of 30.
